Two Weeks :)

That would be how much longer it is until my kiddos go back to school. I'm ready. They are ready. We do have a nice 10 day family trip first, which I know I will really enjoy, but suspect that at the end of it...I'll really be looking forward to the start of the new school year...smile.
Some business first...follow this link HERE and post an A Million Memories blinkie on your own blog and you could be the lucky winner of some lovely AMM goodies!
Next and finally, some creative fun. Lily Bee sponsored the AMM design team. I love this French Couture line of theirs...

I'll be back in a few with some Little Yellow Bicycle projects! Enjoy the rest of your week! Thanks for stopping by!

A Million Memories August kit

I loved this kit this month. The papers were so soft and pretty...a very feminine kit. Thise papers from Dream Street were just yumm-o! However, I pushed it in another direction to get a boy page done...I think it is one of my favorites lately.

A special thanks to Die Cuts With A View for the photos on this next one. They had a photo booth at CHA and we had so much fun playing in it. These are my girls from AMM...Michelle, Jenn, Maureen (also a very good friend from Medical school days in Omaha) and myself.

My sweet little girl.....don't those eyes just get you?!!! Of course they do me!

And a couple of cards...once again used the CPS sketch for these.

Thanks for stopping by. I'll have some Lily Bee stuff up for you in a few. I'm still playing catch up after working on projects for CHA.......almost done.

Cosmo Cricket makes me happy!!!

A big, big, big thank you to Cosmo Cricket for sponsoring the design team at A Million Memories. They were very generous and sent us all one of their more recent paper crafting kits. So far I have made three layouts and a card.

Here is my daughter hanging out on the boat and wearing her Daddy's sunglasses. Those flowers were all cut out of a sheet of paper and some were punched up using some pop dots for added dimension.

This next one I added some white Melissa Frances crepe paper which I cut with scallop scissors and then inked up the edges.

Not much better than homemade whipped cream huh??? Obviously that is what my youngest son thinks!

Lastly, a thank you card. I made this using the latest sketch at Card Positioning System.

Would you be interested in winning some of the BRAND NEW releases from Pink Paislee and Basic Grey??????? I would! Follow this link here and find out how you could be the lucky winner....randomly selected! Good luck!

Check back tomorrow for some REALLY EXCITING news...can't wait to share.
